We are a family owned business that originally began as a taco truck in Lacey, WA back in 2005. In 2008 we slowly began to expand by opening what has become our only and most reputable location in Yelm, WA. El Rey Burro is the area's go to spot for quick authentic Mexican food and has without a doubt become a repeat favorite. After 15 years, through hard work and dedication, we have been blessed to be coming back full circle and opening back up in Lacey with this taco truck. We hope to see you all here!
